Interventional Cardiologist
Dr. Colin Barry joined the New Brunswick Heart Centre in July of 2004. He earned his medical degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1997. He trained in Internal Medicine at Memorial University of Newfoundland and completed his Cardiology residency at Dalhousie University. He was certified as a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine (2001) and in Cardiology (2003). He also is a Fellow of The American College of Cardiology (FACC). He completed a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at The Ottawa Heart Institute in 2004. His interests include research, acute myocardial infarction, and he is involved with The Canadian Association of Interventional Cardiology. He speaks French and English.
