Cardiologist
Dr. Ricardo Bessoudo joined The Saint John Regional Hospital in 1981. He obtained his medical degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico in 1973. He completed training in Internal Medicine and Cardiology at Dalhousie University. He was certified as a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine (1978) and in Cardiology (1981). He completed a year of subspecialty training in Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Bessoudo helped establish the New Brunswick Heart Centre in 1991. He is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
