Interventional Cardiologist

Dr. Peter Fong received his MD from Dalhousie University in 1995 and trained in Internal Medicine and Cardiology at Dalhousie University. His Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at the University of British Columbia was completed in 2004. Since completion of his Fellowship, Dr. Fong has been an Interventional Cardiologist at the Saint John Regional Hospital. In addition to a busy clinical practice, Dr. Fong is involved in a variety of clinical trials both locally and internationally. His clinical interests are acute myocardial infarction, total coronary occlusions, and novel interventional techniques.
